Your Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Finance Lead Switzerland, this is a key business partnering role within the finance team accountable for all aspects of financial planning & forecasting, performance & opportunity evaluation/analysis, financial risk management and decision and commercial business support to drive the growth and success of the Swiss CX Product Category business (Oral Care, Pain Management, Respiratory, Skin Health).  

Ultimately to ensure the delivery of medium term, annual & short term financial results & forecasts, and to maximize sales growth and profitability for the relevant Product Categories and brands.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with the business to drive performance

• Provides expert advice to the Brand Marketing Mgt. and Finance Lead Switzerland by proactively identifying opportunities, asking the critical questions, raising challenges and providing actionable and evidence based recommendations to meet business objectives and mitigate performance risks

• Ability to translate a wide array of internal and external data and commercial factors (ex- factory/consumption/Market data) into powerful insight and clear recommendation to grow the business

• Efficiently lead core financial management activities for the Brand/Category Marketing including planning and forecasting processes (incl. 3/1 Plan, CCC process forecast, rolling A&P planning)

• Fully manage and understand all elements of the commercial Brand/Category P&L from gross sales by channel and multiple customers, brand impact analysis of G2N changes, margin management and A&P investments

• Partnering with the commercial shopper marketing, marketing teams to identify, evaluate and push opportunities for sustained profitable brand growth as well as tactical moves to gain competitive advantage

• Delivers investment focus and prioritization based on clear rationale (ROI and brand/category/customer strategy)

• Identify and implement opportunities to service customer needs through standardized reporting and tools produced in an efficient way

• Being part of team with regards to global projects i.e. IFP; NRM

Requirements:

• Experience in working in commercial targeted P&L environment

• Experience knowledge of consumer commercial business

• Ability to understand the commercial and financial impact of decisions and risks from a short term and strategic perspective

• Able to deal with high volumes of data and permanent changing landscape to make effective plans and decisions

• Experience in working cross-functional teams and in a cross country / cross sector shared service environment

Why You?Basic qualifications:

• University degree in Economics, MBA or equivalent (e.g. FH, HSG etc.)

• Fluent in English, German language skills beneficial.

• Advanced Excel, Power Point skills and overall advanced IT and business systems capability

• Proficient knowledge in SAP
