Your Responsibilities:
Under the direction of the Nyon Engineering Director, the Maintenance Lead will be in charge of all maintenance activities (3 shifts + we) for the production equipment within the plant to comply with required GSK safety and quality requirements and business needs for our operation.
He/she will be accountable for the technical performance of the equipment, ensuring the best internal/external maintenance (predictive, preventive, curative) to perform in full alignment with the budget.
He/she will ensure that maintenance analysis and methodologies deliver significant sustainable results.
In addition, the Plant Engineering Lead will be in charge of all GxP Computerized Systems and Process Control Systems related to the Plant manufacturing, packaging Processes and QC laboratory. He/she must ensure the compliance with GSK Quality Modules but also the internal, external GxP requirements and regulations

• Assure via the Maintenance team that the production and laboratory equipment are maintained to perform the designated work following applicable safety and quality requirements and validation standards and remain on a good operation condition status.
• Deploy a robust TPM approach among the plant
• Track, troubleshoot and solve systems related issues and take preventive/corrective actions
• Implements, troubleshoots, and maintains (configure and administer Hardware, Operating Systems, I/Os, network and middleware)) process control systems to support manufacturing and packaging production
• Own the GxP Computer Validation Plan and ensure compliance with Novartis Quality modules and internal and external GxP/ERES requirements and regulations
• Participate to the equipment’s reliability by leading improvements on them and proposing Capex projects
• Determine, control and respect the annual maintenance budget and propose savings for next budget
• Lead a team of Experts, Engineers and technicians by developing their capabilities with appropriate activities and provide training program in their area

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
• University Degree in Engineering: Master of Science, MBA or more
• 5 years of management experience within maintenance / technical organization (the position will have to manage more than 40 people in 3 shifts)
• French and English Fluent
Preferred qualifications:
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
• University Degree in Engineering: Master of Science, MBA or more in Engineering, Process, mechanical or Automation.
• TPM (total productive maintenance): experience strongly recommended
