Your Role

• Create, implement and drive a product marketing strategy for BlockFactory blockchain products and applications


• Benchmark competition and develop compelling positioning and messaging


• Identify target customers, their needs, and how our products will meet those needs


• Understand customer needs through surveys, interviews, and analysis of product usage data


• Translate our product's value proposition into impactful, engaging material including pitch decks, case studies, blog posts etc.


• Work closely with the Product and Tech teams to shape the product roadmap


• Be the voice of the customer in product reviews and UX discussions and provide product marketing guidance


• Lead go-to-market strategies, key messaging development and tactical plans


• Drive post-launch marketing programs to scale product growth

Requirements

Experience

• Experience with product marketing acquired in technology or professional services companies


• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field

Skills

• Ability to build relationships internally and work with key stakeholders and leaders in product management, sales and customer success to define and execute on product marketing strategy


• Positive, hands-on attitude and willingness to go the extra mile


• Strong interpersonal and project management skills


• Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment (Startup experience is beneficial)


• Passionate (or eager to learn) about technology and how blockchain will reshape the world


• Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English and German
