Treasury consultancy is a complex financial profession. It takes a special kind of person to engage, listen and advise clients and so we are recruiting for talented professionals who have a passion for treasury and consulting.

For our growing office in Zurich, we are looking for a Senior Consultant who has the ambition to develop a career in treasury consulting. The ideal person will deliver corporate treasury solutions and related technology and also contribute to the development and recognition of Zanders in Switzerland.

Your Role

• Drawing up business cases, selecting new treasury systems, bank rationalization, organizational set ups


• Analyzing the strategy, structure, policy, management and operations of the client’s treasury practices and identifying solutions with realistic recommendations


• Keen interest treasury technology and working on large scale treasury technology projects


• Implementing proposed solutions, while working in both large and small teams


• Playing a part in business development by identifying new business and project opportunities both locally and internationally


• Assisting in market and product development, defining best practices for our clients


• Participating in internal knowledge delegation sessions, such as internal and external trainings

Skills to be successful

• Minimum 3 years engagement in Corporate Treasury or Treasury Consulting


• Knowledge in Treasury Management, Treasury Management Systems, In-House Banking, Payment Factories, Bank Connectivity


• Working knowledge of Treasury systems such as SAP, (FIS) Quantum, Integrity, Trax), ION (Reval, IT2, Bellin, Kyriba) and other related tools such as SWIFT


• Masters in Economics or Finance


• Interest in continuing education, such as CFA


• Willingness to travel


• Team player with the ambition to form part of a smaller team, prepared to contribute towards growth and prosperity


• Swiss resident or Swiss permit preferable
