You a leading Senior Cyber Governance Specialist role to run the cyber strategy & governance function within the global governance organization, while structuring and maintaining the banks cyber governance portfolio.
You will be responsible to manage & maintain the banks cyber security strategy.
You will oversee and maintain several different cyber governance boards.
This role provides you with the chance to enable the bank to achieve its strategic targets by restructuring the global cyber security policies & standards portfolio.

You will have the mandate to engage with all business & control units including 1st, 2nd and 3rd line within the bank and the possibility to work closely within local, regional and global teams as you coordinate and lead initiatives with business, technology and security functions worldwide.
You Offer
a Master or Bachelor degree in Computer Science and you gained preferred 5 years’ experience in leading a strategy / governance function or compliance advisory role within information security/cybersecurity, ideally within a large or multi-national financial services organization.
You have the experience in and a deep understanding of a policy frameworks, including transformation, adoption and alignment of regulatory and industry frameworks as well as guidelines such as NIST Cybersecurity, ISO; COBIT, FFIEC.
You worked collaboratively with Audit and Compliance functions, including coordinating and preparing feedback.
You can convince us with a proven track record in driving transformational change programs ensuring continuous improvements. Therefore advanced communication and networking / influencing skills are a requirement. Consulting experience is a plus, similar skill-sets (communication, negotiation, analytical mindset) are highly desired.
You are used to work with a high level of independence while adapting to the demands of process and compliance.
You combine the ability to function within a multidisciplinary, global team and act as a self-starter with a strong curiosity for extracting knowledge from data and the skill to elicit technical requirements from a non-technical audience.
You are a dedicated problem solver with a positive, empathetic personality and can-do attitude who loves to handle multiple challenging priorities and assignments.
You have good client facing skills and the ability to communicate deep technical findings insightful to a business audience and possess strong verbal and technical written communication skills in English. Any knowledge of German language is an advantage.
