Platform Engineer

Several strategic partnerships with notable insurance companies and banks have established the Insurance & Wealth Planning division as an innovative provider of savings and drawdown solutions with guarantee and upside through its flagship investment platform. You have the opportunity to join an innovative, fast-growing business unit and contribute to a state-of-the art product offering as part of the Platform Partners team.

Your tasks & responsibilities

• Coordination of development projects in collaboration with internal and external clients


• Management and further development of existing portfolio management application


• Administration, documentation and testing of internal development projects relating to our automated portfolio management application, working closely with in-house development team


• Consulting and advisory for internal and external clients in technical and financial matters

Our requirements

• Academic degree (preferably in Computer Sciences, Mathematics / Natural Sciences or Finance / Economics)


• At least 2-3 years’ work experience, preferably in the insurance industry, in portfolio management or in asset management


• Proficiency in Excel / VBA, knowledge of Oracle SQL is a plus


• Talent for bridging the gap between IT and business


• Excellent interpersonal skills and team player


• Strong analytical skills, pragmatic work approach


• Fluent in English, German is a plus
