Karger Publishers is a Basel-based company that publishes scientific and medical journals and
books worldwide. For our Digital Landscape Department, we are looking for a motivated person
to join our dynamic team as:

IT Project/Program Manager (MS Dynamics) 100%

This demanding and multifaceted role includes:

• M anage external providers and partners to implement a Dynamics 365 environment


• Lead the projects to consolidate and migrate core business systems (ERP, FO/NAV and CRM)
  to the Dynamics platform


• Ongoing responsibility for the Dynamics platform (including program delivery, availability,
  lifecycle management, support, business readiness and change management)


• Interface with key business stakeholders to confirm the platform and systems are appropriate
  to their needs and expectations


• A nalyse changes in business requirements, developing change specifications and managing
  their implementation


• Interface with other IT teams to ensure documentation and support provisions are in place


• Provide the business with appropriate third level support for Dynamics applications


• Work with the development team to identify and develop synergies and interfaces between
  Dynamics and other systems


• Management and execution of other IT-related projects as required

Qualifications, experience and personal attributes required:

• Several years professional project/program management experience


• S wiss IT apprenticeship or a bachelor’s degree in a computer science or business informatics
  discipline


• Proven experience working with the Microsoft Dynamics platform (CRM/ERP/NAV)


• Experience of managing consolidation and migration projects, with demonstrable experience
  of working with and managing external providers


• Solid change management and business analysis skills


• An analytical problem solver with the ability to deliver innovative solutions


• Strong communication and documentation skills with the ability to discuss technical detail in
  a straightforward manner


• A strong sense of responsibility, accountability and customer service


• German: full fluency and English: very good both written and spoken


• A background in publishing, experience of the Salesforce platform and Project Management
  certification (e.g. PMI, Prince2, Scrum) would be advantageous
