What's the role?

In this position you will be a core team member in several product development projects from the initial technology work to the market launch phase.

What does the role involve?

You are responsible for the performance assessment of new products in all phases of the project e.g. planning, preparation and execution of Test & Simulation Plans together with the test operators in the lab. As the owner for the product prototype assessment you need to balance between “evaluate product features & risk vs. a lean and efficient test program. That`s why a deep understanding of the product functionality as well as application understanding is required and will be part of the introduction plan.

What you need is:

• A mechanical engineering or civil engineering background


• Experience in fastening methods, applications or base materials would be an asset


• Fluent in English is a must
