• A unique opportunity to design, plan, implement and track strategic sales marketing activities in the division “International Wealth Management” (IWM) to drive client value and support growth objectives


• Implement sales campaigns and initiatives to enhance sales and promote the bank’s capabilities


• Act as a catalyst: to innovate, create and implement new and differentiating marketing concepts (blue prints) to increase sales success of IWM marketing mix


• Close and intensive collaboration with a large number of internal Senior Partners and experts to develop and implement a sales marketing plan

You Offer

 

• At least 5 years of experience in the international wealth management industry or in the financial industry, either at the front (client facing) or in product management


• Proven project management track record for strategic sales marketing themes and ability to work in multi-disciplinary teams to connect and actively interact with senior partners to ensure buy-in and project steering


• Background and experience in international projects and the capacity to deliver projects in premium quality, on time and budget


• Deep understanding of strategic marketing, content marketing and key drivers for sales success


• Entrepreneurial mindset to increase marketing footprint for international wealth management clients


• Ability to innovate in a demanding business environment


• Deliver (sales) marketing projects in high quality and on time


• A master degree in economics, marketing or business management at university level or equivalent further education


• Proficiency in MS Solutions (e.g. Power point, Project Management)


• Fluency in English and German required - any other language would be an asset
