Automation Chemist (m/f) for the CA Bay Area USA

 Your responsibilities:

• Prepare, transfer, and execute a variety of different workflows and chemical tests on our workstations


• Present with enthusiasm our innovative workflow solutions during demos and tests and at conferences and exhibitions


• Execute on-site installations and training for customers


• Contribute to scientific collaborations and presentations


• Execute lab acceptance tests of complex systems and newly developed devices


• Be the ultimate go-to person for troubleshooting and application support for our customers worldwide

Requirements:

• A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, or a closely related subject or a successfully completed training as a lab technician


• Hands-on experience with automation systems e.g. for liquid handling or parallel synthesis


• Extensive lab experience (5+ years)You are a definite techie


• Profound working knowledge of PC’s and all usual software packages


• You are a true powerhouse in our highly motivated team and are eager to contribute significantly to the ongoing success of our enterprise


• You literally enjoy contact with customers


• Excellent communication skills in English
