Battery Pack Engineer

As a Battery Pack Engineer you drive the integration (architecture, cooling and validation) of batteries
into hybrid and full electric powertrains. You will work in a collaborative team environment. You will
be contributing to the development of advanced concepts as well as the implementation to on-road
vehicles and non-road applications.

Your tasks

• You are part of multidisciplinary team to develop innovative powertrain concepts


• You define future battery pack concepts for hybrid and full electric powertrains


• You define the architecture, cooling and support the related validation activities


• You plan and supervise test series on rig (components), bench and vehicle (total system)


• You effectively communicate results and make presentations that describe analyses and solutions


• You connect to the organization to the latest technology developments and trends in industry


• You collaborate closely with various internal departments / laboratories and suppliers

Your profile

• You have an university degree in electrical or mechanical engineering


• You have several years of experience in a similar role


• You have good English skills (spoken and written), German and Italian skills would be an asset


• You are a highly motivated self-starter and team-player with very good communication skills
