  • You an interesting role in a motivated team within the Advisory and Sales (A&S) department of the Business Area (BA) Emerging Europe, which is key in enabling the BA’s advisory and sales focus campaigns and initiatives

  • In this position as Business and Sales Manager, you will focus on defining and driving sales management topics and supporting the A&S head as well as the department

  • The unique chance to acquire through management support a broad knowledge of the Private Banking business, ranging from products and investments to marketing & communication to system development

  • You have the possibility to be at the forefront of event organization, e.g. kick-off events, educational and deep-dive sessions, drafting Weekly Newsletters, intranet page design

  • You will closely interact with Senior Management, Front colleagues and various business partners, e.g. product specialists, investment consultants, business management heads

  • A platform to foster your basic banking and investment product know-how, e.g. providing product after-sales service, drafting recommendations for reinvestments, drafting complete investment product booklets, product teasers, etc.

  • You have the opportunity to support management members, e.g. preparing and analysing information to support them in their decisions

You Offer

 

  • A completed university degree, preferably in Business Administration or similar higher education

  • Minimum 2 years' professional work experience, ideally in Private Banking / Wealth Management; Experience in Management support would be an advantage.

  • You possess excellent analytical and conceptual skills - ideally paired with Front experience

  • Your strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills enable you to quickly gain trust and build up efficient relationships with your business partners

  • Very good Excel and PowerPoint skills; VBA knowledge would be a plus

  • Fluency in English is required, any other language is a plus
