A challenging and demanding role to you to drive supply-side initiatives and projects related to Audit, Tax & Financial Consulting sourcing categories
Responsibility for executing a portfolio of regional and global sourcing projects in your responsible areas, supporting management of the Global Audit Fee schedule and contributing to monitor compliance with auditor independence rules of the main regulators
The role co-manages the Global Audit fee schedule and serves as a liaison for the central Primary auditor team and Swiss financial and regulatory audit team, both based in Zurich. This role supports Audit Committee, ExB level management and needs to work closely with Financial Accounting, Treasury, Legal, Tax and Regulatory.
You will gain support and acceptance by demonstrating sourcing value/process to respective initiatives at senior levels within SVM and within the organization

Build effective and cooperative alliances externally with key vendors and manage directly those vendor relationships from a commercial perspective
As a key person you act as back-up administrator for the Credit Suisse audit firm independence compliance function, primarily managed through SVM team members in Pune (India), supporting audit committee and their governance mandate
Serve as part of the CS “Expert Desk” for questions regarding auditor independence and the respective CS global policy. Case management and training are part of the role.

You Offer
Bachelor of Science in Accountancy, Finance or similar, Masters in Business Administration and/or Chartered Accountant preferred
As a Subject matter expert you ideally bring 5 years of experience in your specialized areas of Audit, Tax & Financial Consulting sourcing and/or in an audit/financial advisory role at one of the global audit firm
Do you have hands-on experience of advising on successful sourcing strategies and execution of sourcing events including Requests for Information, Requests for Proposals, assessment and selection of vendors?
In your previous roles you gained experience in project structures and an understanding of the business case production and drivers
Deep knowledge of the approaches relating to scoping, pricing models and performance measurements including the setting of service level agreements and associated key performance indicators
Strong influencing, collaboration and relationship-building skills both internally with key stakeholders and externally with auditors and financial/tax consultants
You have the ability to ensure all work activities meet our high compliance standards and are performed in line with internal and external guidelines and policies
Your strong analytical skills enable you to question, re-think and innovate established processes
Strong skills and a passion for negotiating in respect of commercial and contractual terms
One of you key strength is distinctive communication and presentation skills that allow you to interact with and reach consensus among participants from multiple functional areas and leadership levels
