The opportunity to manage full marketing operation within our Global UHNWI Marketing Programs: strategic planning, further development and conception of the initiatives including content development and implementation across divisions and markets globally
Further grow the existing Thought Leadership Members Community and act as Community Manager
The chance to further build new, develop & execute initiatives in the area of thought leadership initiatives to build & deepen client relationships and help convert prospects
Independently lead and steer the nomination & invitation processes via the Event Management Tool (EMT) in close collaboration with the regional marketing coverage teams
Foster, set-up, implement and manage effective sales follow-up measures
Budgeting, tracking & reporting, ensuring compliance with all market-relevant regulations
Close stakeholder management including global Senior Management
You are a dedicated problem solver with a positive personality and can-do attitude who will work globally and closely with the divisional management and coordinate & orchestrate the global thought leadership marketing activities with the various experts (Strategic Client Partners, Chief Investment Officers, Investment Solutions & Product teams, sales marketing, digital marketing, client analytics & client engagement)
You cooperate with the marketing colleagues of the various global markets including Divisional Marketing and Group Branding

You Offer
University degree or equivalent, preferably Business Administration / Economics / Politics and/or related subject
A minimum of at least 8-10 years’ experience in a marketing department (or related)
Experience in successfully leading international and complex projects with intense Senior Partner management
A sound understanding and strong affinity of political, economic, financial and social “Zeitgeist” topics which are at the forefront of the global agenda and you are able to develop and drive top-notch content
Wealth management / private banking knowledge (clients, products, processes) would be an asset
Creative mind with sound experience in community management and event management
