An international team of over 450 professionals is responsible for managing a wide range of investment programs focusing on private markets, liquid alternatives and multi-asset class solutions. Working across all Private Markets areas including investment management teams (private equity, private debt, real estate, infrastructure) you main responsibilities will be the following:

• Reporting to Business Architect Private Markets;


• Drive the Private Markets data and functionality towards the defined business architecture and further develop it;


• Responsible to drive assigned improvements, changes and projects;


• Carry out business analysis tasks;


• Support the interaction of business and IT; closely collaborate with Private Markets development team;


• Support and drive standardization of core system usage; harmonization of processes and attributes within the different business applications, master data system, reporting engine;


• Act as project manager or member of project teams.

Requirements

• University degree in Information Technology, Business Administration or equivalent qualification;


• At least 5 year working experience at a financial services company or with a leading consulting firm. Experience in the asset management industry is a plus;


• Excellent language skills in English (verbal / written), German is a plus;


• Knowledge in FIS Investran or different accounting software is a plus;


• Proven project management skills (technical and people);


• Expectation to drive and solve problems. Pragmatic, hands-on, yet analytical and well-structured at the same time;


• Team player, self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
