An interesting and challenging role within “Compensation, Benefits, Payroll & International Assignment Management (IAM)” as Specialist for Crossborder Payroll
The opportunity to drive our Crossborder Payroll processes for all affected employees (assignees, business travelers, multi-state workers) with focus on quality, accuracy, and timeliness
The chance to act as subject matter expert for any kind of inquiry related to Crossborder Payroll from internal and external partners
Engagement with local Payroll and IAM colleagues within Credit Suisse and co-ordination of payroll data collection from different countries to ensure compliance with local legislation
A role to ensure reconciliation and validation of data according to pre-defined payroll processing procedures and standards
The possibility to be involved in other Payroll processes, ad-hoc tasks, projects and various activities (f.e. support in testing, system adjustments, etc.)

You Offer
A background either in Payroll or HR or International Assignment Management with an understanding of the core payroll processes; ideally experience in an international shared service environment
Strong team player and partner to colleagues over all management levels in a global organization
A precise and efficient work approach, able to handle multiple deadlines and work in a dynamic environment
Proactive and resilient personality with a natural familiarity with numbers and data
Strong business acumen, able to quickly understand implications and drive improvement of processes and solutions
Real passion for service excellence and ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
Excellent command of written and spoken German and English
Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications (especially Excel) required; knowledge of PeopleSoft an advantage
