  • A diversified role within the Compliance team of the Central Control Unit (CCU) covering a wide spectrum of UHNWI clients booked in Business Areas Emerging Europe (EE), Asia Pacific Switzerland and Swiss Premium. Besides a capability Business Area such as Real Asset Lending (RAL)

  • In this challenging position you take on responsibility for reviewing, controlling and approving all client documentation in the client onboarding process, consistent with all identification regulations and guidelines (especially CDB 16), tax agreements (especially FATCA and AEI) and other legal and contractual guidelines

  • You are in day to day contact with client facing employees regarding  the reviews performed for CDB, FATCA and AEI, provide guidance and know-how transfer

  • Through close collaboration with various partners across divisions you build up a bank-wide network within an international environment

  • In this position you will get the chance to define your Compliance skills

  • You will be included in a dynamic, international and highly motivated Team


 


You Offer

 

  • A university degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, Compliance, Political Science, or International Relations, or alternatively you have completed a banking apprenticeship with further education in a relevant field

  • You have gathered at least 3 years of experience in Audit, Compliance and / or Business Risk Management

  • An experience as (Assistant) Relationship Manager would be considered as an asset

  • Founded experience in corporate service providers is an additional asset

  • Very good oral and written communication skills in English; Russian, Ukrainian, Greek, Hebrew or Mandarin language skills would be an advantage

  • You are able to fulfill an advisory role professionally whilst ensuring the independence of the Compliance function

  • You bring strong analytical, communication and problem solving skills, a detail oriented mentality as well as enthusiasm for Legal, Compliance and Risk topics

  • You are a committed teammate with an independent, reliable and thorough way of working and a self-starter personality with a highly independent and dedicated Approach
