At Selecta, digital transformation is a business imperative and core company priority. The Digital Marketing and E-commerce Manager will play a critical role in driving the Digital Marketing and E-commerce business to the next level for the Selecta brands.
The Digital Marketing and E-commerce Manager is responsible for enabling the markets to win with inbound marketing campaigns and e-commerce activities our ambitious targets. The role reports to the Director Innovation and Business Intelligence and will work in close collaboration with the local Digital/E-Commerce & Marketing Teams, to provide markets with the right strategies, tools, insights and plans to step change our business.
Your responsibility:
Define and drive groupwide B2B Digital Marketing strategy, initiatives, and digital operations to generate new sales leads
Develop Annual Group Digital Marketing Plan and manage budget
Drive E-Commerce strategy together with local leads
Manage and optimize the full ebusiness budget and measure, report, and optimize on activities and initiatives and analyse performance of online sales
Definition of digital experience and content, covering Website strategy, multi-channel user journeys, customer engagement, platforms and presences, apps, websites, digital advertising, lead generation and management (MS dynamics) and social media
Lead SEO strategy and execution, site architecture optimization and on-page and off-page optimization
Review and define groupwide approach to sales and marketing tools (such as Google AdWords, inbound marketing, ClickDimension email marketing, Google Analytics, MS Dynamics CRM…)
Develop and drive a Marketing Community within Selecta Marketing and share learnings across the business
Professional competence
University degree with focus on marketing, media, or computer science or equivalent education
Minimum 7 years of working experience with track record in (B2B) digital marketing & executing and handling multi-platform marketing campaigns: web development, web publishing, user interface design, content management, SEA, SEO, Social Media, display ads, email marketing, mobile/app marketing
Working experience with Content Management Systems (Magnolia), Photoshop/Illustrator, Google Adwords, Google Analytics, Social Media Management and email marketing tools
