Referenznummer: R-20914An attractive role for an ambitious personality at our Consumer Goods Business (CGB) and Finance and Administration (F&A) Headquarters with about 500 employees. In this position you will have a chance to directly contribute to the development of the Company on a global basis.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

Your main duties will include:

- Planning and delivering high impact audit reviews

- Fast comprehension of complex subject matters and delivery of insights

- Influencing the control culture across the entire Organization by promoting good practices, sharing knowledge and supporting special projects

- Representing Internal Audit within the organization (knowledge sharing, information sessions, support as risk and control specialist)

WHAT WE EXPECT

A motivated, flexible and highly organized player, who brings along the following background:

- 3-6 years of working experience in Audit or Consulting, ideally with experience in Manufacturing/ FMCG business (gained at a leading Consultancy/big 4 firms and/or Blue Chip Companies)

- Convincing / winning personality that demonstrates agility

- Clear understanding and ability to handle business dynamics

- Proven analytical skills and risk understanding

- Flexibility and readiness to work in a truly global environment (international travel 40-50%)

- Solid presentation skills and ability to communicate with senior stakeholders

- Ability to work within a team as well as independently

- Degree from a leading University

- SAP FI / BW knowledge

- Strong verbal and written English skills, additional languages a plus
