What it's about

 

• Development and maintenance of Partners Group travel and expense platform (SAP/Concur)


• Global coordination of travel agencies and other 3rd party providers


• Education of business travelers in their use of Partners Group travel and expense platform


• Maintenance of internal handbooks and guidelines


• Preparation of statistics and reports


• Firm-wide contact person for business travel and expense queries

What we expect

 

For this challenging position, we are looking for a reliable and trustworthy individual with a strong sense of ownership and service orientation. Furthermore, interested parties should be able to cope with pressure and distinguish themselves with a high degree of self-motivation, an open mindset as well as good inter-personal and (English) communication skills.

 

The candidate should have a commercial education with additional professional qualifications and experience in a global environment as well as the travel service industry.
