Sales Training Manager

We are seeking an outstanding Sales Trainer to join our growing Sales Enablement team at Scandit, based either in Boston, London or Zurich. You will be responsible fordesigning and delivering onboarding, internal training, and sales skills developmentfor our Global Sales Team.


As our In-house Sales Trainer you will partner with Sales Leadership todesign, develop, and deliver effective sales training and enablement programsin line with the strategic objectives of the business.

What You Will Do



  • Design and facilitate sales skills workshops together with management and internal stakeholders.

  • Work with internal teams, such as Sales leadership, Product Marketing and Sales Operations, to conduct trainings on new products, product positioning and sales methodology.

  • Measure success of the training program through sales effectiveness and other metics.

  • Manage, conduct and continually develop the Onboarding programme for new and existing sales employees.

  • Selectively source and manage external development vendors where appropriate for a true "best of breed" approach.

  • Provide regular reports on training progress and status to company and sales leadership and operations.


Who You Are



  • Several years of professional training experience, as a Corporate Trainer, Sales Trainer, or a related title, training at all levels, primarily focused on sales and sales supportin a software sales environment.

  • Experience in or knowledge of one or more of the following sales methodologies: Solution selling, spin selling, challenger sales, etc.

  • You have a proven ability to partner with sales leadership to successfully develop and deliver sales training programs to drive business goals.

  • You have the ability to see the big picture and to work with sales staff in a productive and constructive way across the board.

  • You have a strong ability to adapt your training program to company strategy and learners' needs.

  • You measure and benchmark the results of your training programs in order to understand impact and effectiveness

  • You are on the forefront of learning technology, blended learning, leveraging a variety of delivery methods and channels.

  • Fluent in English is a requirement. Knowledge in German will be considered a plus.
