Head of Talent Curation

Why we are recruiting


The Head of Talent Curation is a critical role within The Forum. The new Head will have


responsibility for the development and execution of The Forum’s approach to attracting and


developing its people. As such, it will, play a key role in continuing the transformation of the


HR function into a strategic asset for the organization.


The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in shaping strategies for acquisition and recruiting, talent management and development, talent mobility, performance and appraisal, and employee branding and communications. It is also important this person be knowledgeable in leadership development and succession planning. Working in close collaboration with leaders across the organization, this executive will be highly influential in driving change, not just within the HR function but across the whole organization. He/she will also be a culture champion alongside the rest of the HR leadership team, ensuring that employee excellence and engagement become a focal point of the organization. Experience in driving a digital HR strategy is key.


Reporting Lines & Interactions


This role reports to Emma Benameur, Head of People & Culture, member of the Managing Board. Internally, this person will work with other colleagues from all Groups and Functions while liaising externally with professional services’ firms.


Breakdown of main responsibilities



  • Create best-in-class talent acquisition processes and strategies

  • Build and refine the talent development and management strategy and provide

  • leadership development support

  • Ensure necessary performance management systems and tools are in place – adding value within the organization and improving the manager/employee experience

In this role, the successful candidate will need to develop credibility and relationships


quickly at the business leadership level to drive necessary changes for The Forum. He/she


will be focused on working with various senior leaders globally, to ensure that the


organization is identifying and developing the right individuals, in addition to providing the


business with a continuous pipeline of talent. He/she will be measured by his/her ability to


drive all aspects of the HR Talent strategy in close alignment with the business.


Preferred Requirements and Experience


The ideal candidate will bring a strong talent, acquisition, learning and organizational development focus to his/her human resources experience. He/she will have experience in complex organizations with comparable scale and international presence.


The successful candidate will need to bring a mix of personal credibility and the ability to engage and build relationships with the senior leadership team. The ideal person will possess strong analytics and bring a natural ability to manage by metrics and drive continuous improvement. He/she will need to demonstrate a high degree of strategic ability, drive, ambition and determination coupled with the ability to think creatively in order to inspire the necessary level of innovation and impact across the organization. He/she will bring exposure and sensitivity to multicultural environments.
