Business Analyst SAP MM
In order to meet the business needs, you analyze new business requirements and modifications, evaluate change requests and design appropriate solutions. This position requires extensive experience and a strong understanding of processes and configuration within the MM module in SAP and Document Management Systems (scan, process by workflow, archive).
Moreover, you will assist/lead the SAP implementation project teams in fits/gaps-analyses and realizations.
The coordination and support of data migration and go-live activities of the SAP project teams as well as the harmonization of business flows are part of your responsibility.
You will also act as an interface between process owners (business) and SAP specialists (IT).
You have very strong communication skills, a flair for education and training and are at ease with change management.
Proficiency in French and in English is required; German is a plus.
You have a degree in Information Technology, in Business Administration or equivalent and possess 3-5 years of work experience in an industrial company, where you developed in-depth understanding of SAP MM business processes. Knowledge of SAP workflow and SAP Archive Link.
You have also gained several years of experience with SAP MM, implementation and customizing;
SAP S4 HANA MM, Implementation of a DMS system (Open Text, Easy Archive, other). Good understanding and appreciation of the Procure to Pay process.
A successful implementation of vendor invoices dematerialization and knowledge of ABAP programming are an asset.
