Our International Wealth Management (IWM) team in Zurich is looking for a position as Head FLDS (First Line of Defense Support): An unusual Subject Matter Expert function in which you are able to further contribute to divisional FLDS activities by covering all client review related topics. You will become part of our visionary team based in Zurich. This role offers you an exciting platform to grow your career by building an extensive network across the bank. 
We Offer: 

• An exciting and challenging (senior) position in the International Wealth Management (IWM) Division within Divisional First Line of Defense Support (FLDS)


• Implementation of effective FLDS operational risk management coverage for IWM and close collaboration with FLDS specialists within various Business Areas and functions


• Independent coordination and management of selected key processes and deliverables as part of the bank-wide Enterprise Risk and Control Framework implementation in IWM


• Key role in the strategic review and development of the IWM control environment


• Chance to drive various projects and task forces internationally and actively interact with senior stakeholders across Credit Suisse

You Offer

 
You Offer: 

• University degree in Banking & Finance or equivalent higher education


• Minimum of 5 years work experience in areas such as Business Risk Management, First Line of Defense or Operational Risk Management


• Strong knowledge of Wealth Management Front (or mid-office) processes and tools


• Strong understanding and background of risk and control frameworks and assessment activities


• Strong team player, ability to partner effectively across a wide range of very senior stakeholders


• Demonstrated success in handling multiple priorities, delivering to established timelines in high quality


• Independent and proactive work manner, analytical thinking and problem solving skills


• Can-do attitude and hands-on mindset


• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (German a plus)
