Responsibilitieswillinclude,butarenotlimitedto,thefollowing:



  • Lead the portfolio strategy execution for assigned indications, co-developing within the Launch Team annual disease / brand / operating, and customer-based plans including financial forecasts and analysis for the G3M team, with a focus on Worldwide Markets.

  • Develop and/or coordinate global marketing programs that are easily executed across affiliates and drive sales results.

  • Serve as the REVLIMID point of contact for assigned Worldwide Market countries to ensure pull through of the global brand strategy, sharing best practices among countries and providing operational support as requested by the President Worldwide Markets.

  • Manage annual marketing budgets, conducting ROI assessments of tactical programs and ensuring proper execution through the affiliate marketing teams or non-field-based approaches.

  • Provide marketing input into decision-making; including proposed markets, positioning, forecasting, life- cycle management and scientific / promotional communications.

  • Work with G3M Team, brand / indication sub-teams, operational marketing (market research, market access, congress and event management, training), Op Excellence, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Government Affairs and affiliates to ensure appropriate understanding and implementation of the product strategies.

  • Monitor the competitive environment and customer base to quickly identify and implement plan changes.

  • Support the development and delivery of presentations for management, senior leadership and other, internal or external audiences as requested.

  • Overnight travel (30 to 40%) to meetings within and outside Europe

  • Work closely with affiliates to ensure opportunities are maximised


Skills/KnowledgeRequired:



  • Proven track record of effective cross-functional team engagement and leadership including coaching, motivating and development planning.

  • Ability to interact with, influence and provide direction to affiliates.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead strategically, drive performance, build alignment, influence, execute

  • Communicate effectively. Experience in delivering complex messages to various internal and external customers with a track record of effective and influential presentations.

  • Demonstrated initiative, creativity

  • Ability to work effectively in complex, rapidly changing environments

  • Strong project and process management skills, along with the ability to work on multiple tasks, and to effectively prioritise them.

  • Must be able to conceptualise and articulate a vision for self and brand that energizes all functional areas and stakeholders.

  • Proven team player with ability to navigate cross functionally.

  • Successful candidate should have at least 8 years’ industry experience with 4+ years of marketing experience, preferably with at least 2 years of Haematology/Oncology experience in Europe
