Responsibilities
Leads the planning and execution process of selling, qualifying, and closing of large and/or challenging opportunities. Act as a subject matter expert on both the company’s and Competitor’s application offering and services.
Leads sales cycle from start to finish for delivery of customized business applications to large or challenging clients. Meets or exceeds annual new business revenue target for an assigned application offering within a defined sales territory
Works closed with client relationship and account management team to develop an account development plan for accounts within application efficiency, business process outsourcing and mobility solutions, or full life cycle application management
Works across a medium territory to create a market for defined application offerings and services, to qualify and develop opportunities within those markets
Provides presales support to client relationship personnel to drive an applications pipeline of qualified leads across medium sales territory. Engages with the same to qualify leads into opportunities. Executes standard sales process through to closure
Develop strategic business relationships with key decision makers including customer senior management. Builds relationship while positioning company for future prospects
Further development of the service portfolio: Application Management as a Service , SAP Application Management as a Service, Modernization, Testing , Mobility
Interfaces with internal departments and external partners to develop and implement strategies, plans and business models.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred
Experience working with the technology industry
7 or more years of Business Development & Sales experience
Experience working with at least one of the technology products, services, competencies, solutions, and offerings:
Microsoft Dynamics
ServiceNow
SAP (S4/Hana, Leonardo)
Workday
Experience working with a standard sales methodology and supporting tools and applications
Experience working with finance and accounting
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills for interacting with team members and prospective clients
Strong communication skills to listen to the client and articulate back for solutioning
Good networking skills to create and maintain formal and informal communication networks
