DXC Security team is responsible to build, sell and deliver IT Security Services to our customers. Our portfolio encompasses Security Consultancy, Managed Security Services and the supply and management of a range of third party security solutions. We are active in many areas of IT Security, including Security Advisory, Security Operations, Threat & Vulnerability Management, Identity & Access Management, Infrastructure & Endpoint Security, Data Protection & Privacy, Cloud Security, and Security Risk Management.


Due to on-going growth in the European security market, we are now seeking to expand our sales team in Switzerland. We are seeking experienced Security Sales Professionals with extensive experience in the IT security industry. Primarily, the role of the Security Sales Executive will be to focus on a number of Enterprise customers, aligned industry specific, to develop a number of deep and high value relationships in order to take a leadership role in the development of a multi-year security strategy.


Responsibilities:



  • To be considered a master in knowledge of Security products, solution or service offerings as well as competitor's offerings to be able to sell large, complex solutions;



  • Knows strengths and weaknesses of key competitors in account and how to leverage this knowledge in the account;



  • Uses expertise in specialty, consultative solution selling and business development skills to align the client's business needs with solution;



  • As an ambassador of the DXC Security Services brand, you will demonstrate leadership and initiative in successfully driving services sales in accounts - prospecting, negotiating and closing deals;



  • Works with the account team to build an effective account plan and strategy to drive incremental revenue in the account;



  • Demonstrates the ability to leverage company portfolio of products and services to change the playing field against our competition;



  • Understands the leverage of services as part of strategic portfolio of products. Promotes services as part of all strategic opportunities;



  • Maintains knowledge of industry trends, associated solutions, and key partner/ISV solutions;



  • Balances strategic and tactical pursuits to optimize coverage and develop a predictable revenue stream;



  • Uses C-level engagement skills in collaboration with account leads to offer value-add solutions to the client;



  • Demonstrates leadership and initiative in successfully driving full portfolio including hardware, software and services needed for the customer's requirements;



  • Utilizes Salesforce as an expert and accurately forecasts business.


Qualifications:



  • Extensive and demonstrated experience in IT security sales;



  • You must be a customer focused senior professional with a measured approach, who is passionate about client relationship management, achieving sales quotas and building prospective sales pipeline as well as the tenacity to deliver optimal business results;



  • Has excellent networking and negotiation skills in order to secure complex deals, as well as the resilience and perseverance to establish our expanding and exciting business unit;



  • In-depth knowledge of client's business, organizational structure, business processes and financial structure;



  • Considerable knowledge of the customer's infrastructure and architecture.



  • Experience in Strategic planning on a business development level; can build an effective business case reflecting the value of an appropriate strategy;



  • German and English proficiency is a must.
