Global Plan Excellence Manager – Analytics
The Analytics Manager is a regional role, with strong linkage to the Global Supply Chain and other regions. This position is responsible for driving strategy for analytics tools, capabilities and enablers in the EMEA region, supporting business count parts. This individual optimizes resources (skills/tools/people) to drive impact & Innovative ideas for organization growth and development. Provides Reports and Insights to different functions and leader in the Regional Supply Chain.
Domain Expert, provides solutions, takes complete Ownership of team deliverables / projects.
Ability to take the work done by the team to regional leaders for implementation.
Works towards creating goals for the engagement along with plan teams.
Align processes and others to ensure 100% adherence to operational, people excellence.
Drives strategy, provides 'Thought leadership' across the business.
Develops and maintains strong business relationships with senior level business leaders.
Sets people developmental priorities and making analytics as best place to work.
Lead the 4 P (Profit, Process, Partner and People) pillar initiatives with Global partners
Brings Outside-In view, initiatives from Industry and other Regions.

University Bachelor’s degree or equivalent / MBA is preferred
Generally 8+ years of Supply Chain area experience with demonstrated knowledge of analytics is
RequiredKnowledge, Skills and capabilities:
Excel, Basic SAS, SAP BW, R, Tableau, Qlick any modeling packages
Medium expertise on Specific tools related to domain
Advanced Supply chain Knowledge ; business acumen, consulting skills, Project management
Statistical / Operations research exposure is preferred
Lean, 6 Sigma preferred
