Key responsibilities



  • Understand marketing strategies related to Swiss channel partners, resellers and distributors.  

  • Develop, implement and execute marketing programs in collaboration with channel sales teams and merchandizing to ensure close alignment with the channel sales strategy.  

  • Interact and meet with partners, resellers and distributors to create and implement marketing initiatives, plans and activities to generate sell out, increase our pipeline and meet revenue goals.

  • Influence and support marketing leadership of channel partners to enhance and further develop their marketing/business strategies.

  • Manage the channel marketing budget & MDF (“marketing development funds”) and ensure effective execution and ROI.

  • Analyze and review program results for continuous optimization.


Essential requirements



  • 8+ years of professional B2B experience in information technology, ideally with a channel partner-facing component.

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (business administration, economics etc.).



  • Strong knowledge of business and marketing strategy, concepts tools and techniques, including online marketing, direct marketing, promotions, customer relations and advertising in the technology sector with resellers and distributors.

  • Strong ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams/work groups.

  • Proactive, influential and autonomous with strong problem-solving and execution skills.

  • Very good presentation and executive communication skills.

  • Good analytical ability and financial understanding.

  • Flexibility to travel.

  • Fluency in German, French and English, written and spoken.
