Apply to JobJob ID256129BRPosition TitleScientific Associate - temp positionJob DescriptionThe Therapeutic Protein Science (TPS) group is part of the NIBR Biologics Center (NBC) within the NIBR organization. The main task of the group is the generation of recombinant proteins for NIBR Research programs. You will work in closely interacting cross-functional teams, independently plan and work on assigned projects, document and communicate results. The position is limited to a duration of 18 months.

Minimum requirements• Bachelor or Master of Sciences in biotechnology, biochemistry or biology/ cell biology.

• Good command of English is essential, advanced knowledge of German is of advantage.

• Experience in working with non-mammalian cell culture (i.e. E. coli, P. pastoris, Insect Cells) in different scales is essential.

• Good knowledge of recombinant protein expression and purification techniques (FPLC (AKTA) systems).
