For the Strategic Competence Centers within Karger Labs, the Karger division focused on strategy,
innovation and product development, we are looking for a motivated person to join our increasingly
agile organization as a
Strategic Competence Specialist, Education & Learning (80–100%)
This multifaceted role includes:

• E valuating proposed e-learning tools in terms of market need, technical viability, and value
  offered


• S ummarizing and presenting proposals and progress to the Management Board and internal
  stakeholders


• Drafting and reviewing educational content for webinars and other platforms (in English)


• Briefing and monitoring external agencies used in the development of e-learning tools


• Testing e-learning tools and gathering user feedback


• Performing basic market research

Qualifications and experience required:

• Essential
  o Professional qualifications and/or experience in training and education
  o Strong organizational and project management skills
  o Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
  o Highly service- and goal-orientated with a strong sense of responsibility
  o Analytical skills and a “getting things done” mentality
  o German and English: very good, both written and spoken (additional languages a plus)


• Desirable
  o A background in scientific or medical publishing
  o E xperience working with authoring tools (e.g. Adobe Captivate) or learning management
  systems (e.g. Adobe Captivate Prime)
