User Experience and User Interface Design Specialist (f/m)

For our Swiss headquarters in Windisch office, we are looking for an experienced User Experience/User Interface Designer who is delivering a great user experience for our Field Service Management software. Are you able to balance creativity with structure and open to collaborate with other designers, business stakeholders and end users? In this challenging role you will need to draw on your own design experience, bring in your technical knowledge and use your experience in iOS, Android and web design. You will join a team which is fully committed to excellence and responsible for satisfying the demands of our global customers.

CURIOUS ABOUT THE DAY-TO-DAY?

Analytics:

• Collect insights through user testings, surveys and analytical tools

Conception:

• Create user-friendly mobile- and web applications

• Prepare wireframes, user flows and click-prototypes

• Develop new products and optimize existing ones

Elaboration:

• Design different UI concepts for mobile- and web applications


• Visualize your concepts for different client devices with detailed mock-ups


• Create and research necessary assets (info-graphs, visuals, icons etc.)

Team:

• Strong collaboration with product owners, product managers, software developers and other stakeholders


• Part of our development team

YOU HAVE

• Degree in design-related field or equivalent experience (e.g. Interaction Design)


• 3+ years of experience in the UX/UI field

• Very good understanding of responsive-strategies, animations and technical implementation of concepts and design

• Skilled use of design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Design and Illustrator


• Experience with HTML/CSS/JS is an advantage


• Passionate about user experience, interaction design and visual design


• Used to terms like "Scrum" and "design thinking"


• Enthusiastic, well-structured and solution driven team player

• Strong communication skills - Fluent in English, German is a plus
