(Senior) Manager Reporting and Analytics (f/m) 100%Zürich-OerlikonDuties and responsibilities:
Take the lead on Reporting & Analytics related project initiatives and drive continuous improvement within team
Promote an environment for innovative use of data
Coach and develop analysts
Responsible for analysing and reporting on the current state of performance
Work with DWH to ensure accuracy of data and presented reports that have been quality assured
Conduct in-depth analysis using statistical techniques and support your findings to management with recommendations
Work with customers to define and support their needs providing guidance to the best solution
Develop and deploy reporting requirements necessary to support customers and the business
Respond to ad-hoc data requests in a timely manner using multiple data sources
Creating, modifying and maintaining reports using advanced excel, VBA, SQL & Qlik
Manage different stakeholder requirements
Extracting, automating, manipulating and editing data directly from source databases
Troubleshoot and investigate reporting anomalies
Ability to simplify complex data and discuss with senior stakeholders
Appropriate stakeholder engagement including attendance at stakeholder meetings when required
Qualifications:
Qlikview preferred (Tableau/Power BI acceptable alternatives) / Qlik Sense
Good level of statistical knowledge
Advanced excel / SQL Programming / VBA
