Digital UX Design and Communications ManagerZürich-OerlikonDuties and responsibilities:
We are looking for a Digital UX Design and Communications Manager to support Digital Business at Sunrise. This includes optimizing/ designing digital marketing channels in terms of UX/ UI, changing the perception of online services and enhancing the customer’s end to end digital journey
Bring in innovative ideas and strategically expand the Digital Business
Collaborate with Customer Service and Marketing to build and execute digital customer journeys across a portfolio of different products and services
Evaluate customer experience and sales/ service journeys improvements for traffic, conversion and retention
Improving the customer experience by optimizing processes and collaborating on projects
Collaborate with IT to create an outstanding style guide
Deliver layouts, designs and prototypes with tools such as Sketch, Axure, Adobe, Zeplin etc.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3-5 years work skills in digital marketing or IT
Solid education in marketing, information technology, design or comparable degree (minimum on Bachelor level)
Proven track record of improving user experience, digital communications, end to end user journeys
Advanced knowledge of designing and prototyping tools
Up to date with latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
A demonstrable history of data-driven decision-making
Positive, flexible, proactive, curious and ambitious personality
Entrepreneurial and "getting things done" attitude
Fluent in German and English (French/ Italian is a plus)
