Marketing Manager Trauma (EMEA) 100% (m/f)

Job Summary  


In this multifaceted position you will be able to live out your creative mindset and demonstrate your natural aptitude for a sales driven environment. As a Marketing Manager it will be your responsibility to develop and execute regional marketing activities as well as to guide local country sales and marketing initiatives.


Your main responsibilities:


  • Prepare and execute EMEA launch plans for new product introductions or product transitions

  • Introduce products in the EMEA market coordinating activities with Country Sales management and Departments

  • Collaborate with Brand managers to define and deliver product promotional materials for product launches  

  • Support the Strategic brand planning for EMEA Trauma

  • Manage operational execution and monitoring of results for product launch in close collaboration with the country marketing teams, motivating countries towards operational excellence in product launches

  • Planning and delivery of various product trainings to Sales Departments

  • Drive forecasting and monitor inventory levels working closely with the EMEA supply chain group and country management

  • Maintenance of EMEA product information ensuring ongoing product available to EMEA countries

  • Support in the acquisition of new accounts within markets


Your Qualifications and Experience:


  • Bachelor or Master degree (preferred: major in engineering or business administration)

  • At least 3 years of sales or marketing experience in healthcare (preferred: 5 years experience)

  • Experience in working with traditional marketing concepts, marketing strategies, product promotion, market analysis, and forecasting

  • Experience in management of new product introduction

  • Demonstrating of strong business acumen, market and sales and selling process

  • General knowledge of medical device business, especially orthopedics, including science, products, research and commercialization, process, manufacturing, marketing and sales

  • Ability to communicate verbally and written in a clear and concise manner

  • Ability to influence others, and through strong organizational skills being able to handle increasing levels of responsibility

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

  • Fluent in English (any additional language like German, French or other major language is an asset)


Travel Requirements:

Up to 40%.
