Role purpose
To manage the successful implementation of changes & process improvements in the cross-functional business team – with a primary focus on the implementation of changes within product artwork and labelling
Accountabilities
Manage the implementation of approved changes to both the artwork & labelling processes for crop protection global supply, on behalf of the business process owner
Manage the implementation of changes to artwork and labels in support of both the global product digitalization program and the Syngenta commitment to assuring mode-of-action labelling on its crop protection products
Assure visibility and tracking of artwork and label updates through monitoring & KPIs
Assure any risks or issues concerning activities are properly escalated and managed
Identify improvements to artwork & labelling processes, and participate in initiatives concerning artwork & labelling
Coordinate approved process improvements across artwork and label communities (cross-functional teams involved with the design, creation and supply of product labels to production locations)
Assure process knowledge and guidance is documented and available in the agreed knowledge centers (primary focus: artwork and labelling processes)
Qualifications
Critical experience
Experience of packaging, production or supply chain
Proven change management or program/project experience, professional qualification (e.g. PMI) is valued
Proven track record in delivering change in a complex, global environment where many project members and stakeholders are remote
Understands the political pressures on stakeholders and the business realities they face
Experience of managing business and technical change with a proven track record of successful delivery
Critical technical and professional knowledge
Bachelor Degree / Master’s Degree accredited or working towards
Ability to coordinate project or business teams across multiple organizations and locations
Proven change management / project management experience for substantial change topics. Ideally in a global environment
Understands external and internal customer needs
Experience in improving business processes

Ability to translate customer needs into a business solution
Strong team player, good interpersonal skills, analytical thinking, influencing skills
