For our IT PMO Department at our Headquarters in Winterthur, Switzerland, we are looking for an

Intern IT PMO (f/m)

Switzerland - Winterthur - 100%

Your responsibilities

• Support the DRIVE Program Management Team in daily program routines:
  
  
  
  • Scheduling and follow-up of project meetings, recording and follow-up of action items
  
  
  • Administration of reports and work lists according project methodologies
  
  
  • Status tracking on completion of milestones, delivery of training, testing, etc.
  
  


• Responsibilities within the project reporting:
  
  
  
  • Compiling statistics for management reporting
  
  
  • Collecting and converting data for ad-hoc statistics
  
  


• General maintenance of IT PMO knowledge databases and tools


• Applying and adapting tools and methodologies provided to support Project Managers across Autoneum IT Projects Portfolio with know-how questions
   

Your qualifications

• University graduate (Bachelor) or similar (e.g commercial apprenticeship M-Profil)


• Structured, analytical mind-set


• Affinity for logic and efficient ways of working


• Able to operate with diverse cultures in different environments


• Fluent in English (verbal and written)


• Experienced user of MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)


• Work experience in the area of Project Management is a benefit
