Being part of our Product Portfolio Management team in Corporate Research and Technology, you will be supporting the company’s push to reduce cycle time in innovation by running strategic initiatives.
We are currently working on an evolution of our global process framework. Value stream-oriented project work and gate decision making based on risk and product maturity were identified and considered as disciplines that help to improve overall productivity in our innovation projects.
You will be responsible for promoting and aligning Agile@Hilti, an initiative to improve collaboration and accelerate go-to-market, across all business units and corporate functions.

As intern in our department you’ll be part of the Product Portfolio Management department. In PPM we conceive and align processes, methods and tools from a corporate perspective to achieve a global optimum in productivity. You’ll work closely with our experts to develop and finetune our agile hardware development framework that will shorten our innovation cycles even further.
Your key responsibilities will be to promote the agile hardware development process in the organization, collect differences and identify global best practices. Furthermore, you will support in various strategic initiatives driven by our PPM team.
