Manufacturing Excellence Specialist (f/m)

Switzerland - Winterthur - 100%


Your responsibilities



  • Contribute to the global strategy for manufacturing improvements


  • Drive the implementation of group initiatives in the context of manufacturing excellence


  • Collaborate closely with departments such as Engineering, Quality, Health & Safety and Manufacturing Systems


  • Scan for and identify best practices to be multiplied and actively transferred to other plants


  • Plan and run workshops with cross-functional teams focusing on specific topics and creating sustainable results



Your qualifications



  • Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering (or a similar field)


  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience


  • Capability to successfully address matters on all hierarchical levels


  • Able to positively challenge a status and illustrate alternatives


  • High flexibility - traveling globally and up to 60 % of your time


  • Fluent in English
