CRUISE / TOUR OPERATOR 100%
Your main tasks are the coordination and review of reservations in Europe, creating documents for travel managers and travel documents for our English-speaking guests, as well as different administrative and organizational tasks.
You have a completed vocational training in the tourism sector and have several years of work experience in the travel or cruise industry. You provide service performance and customer satisfaction and feel at home in a lively and international work environment. You are fluent in English (German and other European languages are an advantage) and your way of working is accurate and efficient. You can work independently and are team-oriented. You work well under the pressures of fast changing circumstances. Proficiency of MS Office (primarily Excel) and affinity to computer work is required.
