Job Description
In this position, you will work closely with your colleagues from Global Artwork Services, Packaging Engineering, Manufacturing Sciences, Global branding, Internal and External Manufacturing, CMOs and Master Data Management (MDM) to:
• Provide technical leadership for strategic and technical initiatives for current and next generation artwork design and development those processes (demand changes, capacity, inventory targets, CMC variations, Regulatory implementation…)
• Act as the key technical expert on strategic business projects, such as Serialization, CMO onboarding and partner launches…
• Work closely with branding and marketing business partners to develop branding and incorporate into launch strategy & deliverables
• Lead continuous improvement efforts to drive expanded capabilities and improve the efficiency
• Demonstrate strong leadership of cross-functional efforts to prepare technical packaging readiness to support product launches, line extensions or changes to packaging configuration
• Lead and manage investigations with GSPs, Manufacturing, CMOs and strategic partners into technical deviations and ensures robust counter measures are in place to avoid re-occurance
• Issues monthly report to manager and leads detailing ongoing investigations at the GSP
Qualifications
• 6 years relevant experience, working within Packaging in an international environment, ideally having acquired In-depth of knowledge of
o packaging engineering,
o printing technologies,
o pre-press activities and
o pre-press workflows of commercial printers
• You have proven experience in working cross-functionally in an English-speaking environment
• You are developed and have now strong influencing skills
• You are an expert in Adobe Suite Software and in packaging, graphics and printed components
• A Lean Six Sigma/Green Belt is an asset

Bachelor’s Degree within Packaging Engineering or similar field
