•Act as sparring partner for Head of Corporate Communications
•Plan and supervise Corporate Communications Budget
•Develop concepts for communication projects at group level related to Service Unit and Function topics
•Quality assurance: Evaluate and recruit external suppliers in collaboration with purchasing
•Optimize budget allocation by active vendor management
•Continuous improvement of processes and guidelines
•Support Head of Corporate Communications in developing of presentations, speeches for EC members
•University degree Communications & Business Administration or alike; continuous education in Communications and Marketing
•Minimum of four years’ experience in PR functions in an international business environment, ideally in a global matrix organisation
•Strong competence in Power Point, Excell and graphical skills
•Charismatic, open minded and creative person with strong communication skills
•High analytic and strategic capabilities
•Fluent in spoken and written English and German
