User-centered design is core to how we conceive, design and deliver innovative digital experiences at blue-infinity Linked by Isobar.
We consider the experience practice to be the nexus between business, audience, technology and design expertise. We expect every member of our experience team to be able to analyze, design and execute across these four realms while working in close collaboration with counterparts in other disciplines as well as with our clients.

We expect our experienced practitioners to be hands-on at every stage of the digital product creation process.
Post-delivery, our experience professionals frequently oversee the product’s continuous improvement as a result of iterative testing, changing market demands, updated business requirements, new user needs, etc.
Experience Design is reliant on collaboration with a range of disciplines.
As the Director of the Experience Design team, you will:
- Acts as the business owner for the Experience Design practice
- Lead the growth of the team (through hiring, coaching, career development etc)
- Takes an active role in the local Experience Design scene
- Drives the business development of the practice (pitching, driving acquisition plans, key partnerships managements)
- Manages the operations of the practice: resource allocation, P&L
Who are we looking for?
- Must be a pragmatic and hands-on manager
- Must have a strong experience in UX/HCD field (5+ years)
- Must have experience in other fields (such as development, graphics, VR etc)
- Must have an entrepreneur mindset
- Be the catalyst in bringing various disciplines into a cohesive end to end design team
- Will drive the promotion of leading engagements with a Design approach
