• A meaningful and exciting position as Senior Solution Architect and Technical Delivery Manager for the Records and Information Management (RIM) Area – aiming to unify and modernize the archiving and document management solutions within the Business Records Management (BRM) strategy of the bank.


• As senior solution architect you will participate in defining/designing and integrating the target strategic architecture of RIM, ensuring broad strategic alignment with the various internal and external partners, as well as consulting and mentoring developers in technical design, development standards & standard methodologies.


• As senior technical delivery manager you will be responsible for the successful planning, design, and implementation of various high transparency projects within RIM area. Primary focus will be on transitioning the current application landscape to the new BRM Strategic Platform. This will include complex technical migrations of global archives containing 80+ billion regulatory relevant records from various source platforms, while at the same time ensuring that the current solutions provide the required support for the bank.

You Offer

 

• Minimum Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related natural sciences field (alternatively provable equivalent education in this domain)


• Profound knowledge of Enterprise Architecture with an excellent technical background including knowledge and hands-on experience in all aspects of the development life cycle: planning, requirements analysis and engineering, system architecture and design, engineering, software development, testing, maintenance and third level support.


• You bring several years of hands-on experience as Technical Delivery Manager and Solution Architect with proven successful delivery of high-visibility projects (CIO/COO level)


• Excellent partner management and experience in chairing large workshops, and driving vendor RFPs, with confirmed skills in similar roles in high-visibility global multi-functional projects.


• You bring a passion and dedication for engineering excellence. Experience of driving development best practice and encouraging creative or visionary thinking in a traditional environment.


• You are an open-minded and empathic teammate with a partnering mindset and an enthusiastic and motivated personality, with demonstrated experience in solving complex challenges


• You are a dedicated problem solver with a positive personality and can-do attitude


• Your good people management abilities and your strong interpersonal skills, allow you to collaborate effectively and to build up professional relationships across complex matrix organizations.


• Experience in Records Management is beneficial.


• Knowledge of the IBM FileNet P8 product, Open Text products as well as the banking mainframe is of substantial advantage.


• You have excellent communication skills with very good command of the English language (ideally C level both written and spoken). German is not mandatory but of advantage.
