• A challenging position in the International Wealth Management (IWM) supporting both the business area (BA) Middle East & Turkey and BA Africa & NRI. You will be responsible for driving and implementing strategic projects within our BA.


• You have the opportunity to become part of a small but highly goal and client oriented team with focus on bottom-line impact for the business


• In this role you will work with the Senior Management of each market to develop, assess and implement projects to drive future growth


• You also take end-to-end responsibility from definition of a mandate to implementing projects covering the relevant MENAT markets


• You collaborate with various business partners from Front (Team Leaders / Relationship Managers / Assistant Relationship Managers), Account Management, Advisory & Sales, Investment Services & Products, Shared Services functions (Legal, Risk, Compliance) to back office (incl. IT and Operations)


• This position offers an optimal mix of projects from various markets, scopes and end goals


• A flat hierarchy and working in a team that believes in “if you are not having fun it would just be work”

 

You Offer

 

• 7-10 years of professional experience in a similar position


• Comfortable in negotiating with stakeholders on various levels and delivering results in a given timeline and budget


• Extraordinary stakeholder management skills in ambiguous and complex environment


• Ability to grasp and summarise different topics quickly as well as the ability to stay calm when faced with roadblocks or time bound deliverables


•  Analytical and structured person with strong communication & presentation skills


• Prioritization skills are crucial to the role as is handling multiple topics in parallel with flexible timelines


• Fluency in English language; Any other language would be an asset.
