Talent Acquisition Manager

As the Talent Acquisition Manager you will ensure Beekeeper attracts, hires and onboards the best talent mainly in Europe.  You will work closely with hiring managers to identify the best talent for their teams. You will use your expert sourcing skills to identify and hire the best talent in the market as well as to sustain talent pools for specialist positions. With your proactive attitude, high EQ and people skills you will act as the specialist in your field in the company.


Your Responsibilities



  • Continuous improvement around the recruitment processes for all teams, across all locations

  • Supporting hiring managers in identifying their team hiring needs, including hiring plans, budgeting

  • Establishing recruitment training across the entire company to ensure an amazing candidate experience

  • Building & nourishing talent pipelines for future hiring needs through active candidate sourcing

  • Work closely with our brand marketing and communications teams to deliver outstanding employer branding

  • Managing and working closely with our US Recruiter

  • Improving onboarding process to ensure successful onboarding and high employee satisfaction in cooperation with our Junior HR Ops Manager

  • Work closely with our selected higher education partners. Build regular attendance and Beekeeper recognition at key recruitment events

  • Supporting the VP people in people projects (e.g. internal talent management, HR systems, Compensation Benchmarks.)  


What we look for in you



  • 3+ years of recruiting experience incl. candidate sourcing in a high growth, fast paced company

  • Strong identification to the Beekeeper Core Values

  • A process driven attitude with demonstrable experience and a proven track record

  • Excellent communication skills in English and German both written and spoken

  • Good understanding and exposure to general HR

  • Working knowledge of employment law with an interest in learning more about Employment Law of other European countries
