As Supply Planner, you will report to the Demand & Supply Chain Planning Manager for Diagnostic Systems. Your main responsibility will be to determine the quantities by product required to maintain target inventory levels and order product from source to replenish based upon appropriate lead time. You will coordinates finished goods sourcing activities across Plants and External Supplier Network optimizing available capacity and assets. You will also drive S&OP Supply consensus and macro level capacity management as well as recommend and set inventory levels to support the region's service levels in alignment with the Global Business and Supply Chain objectives.

About you
To deliver the performance that we are looking for, we need a degree-level educated professional in Business, Supply Chain or a related field (APICS would be a plus), ideally with a few years of experience in Supply Chain and specifically Supply and Inventory Planning experience in a large or complex organization. Due to the specifics of the product portfolio, experience in the pharmaceutical industry and/or in a B2B setting would be a strong advantage. Furthermore, experience working with SAP is a must (SAP, APO, SCM DP/SC or other tools), as well as business level fluency in English (other European languages will be an advantage). Working knowledge of project management and CI tools (i.e., Six Sigma) would also be a plus.

Most importantly, you are eager to contribute, open to change and a fast-learner. An excellent communicator, you demonstrate a strong ability to convey your key messages to various functions at different levels of the organization, liaising between manufacturing and business and balancing effectiveness vs. business needs. Business level fluency in English is required.
