Junior Pension & Finance Manager

Your new responsibilities



  • Supporting role in the field of Pension Management SWE, predominantly for French-speaking countries in Europe and Africa

  • Independent responsibility for pension plans

  • Assistance function in the financial areas

  • Independent management of projects such as changes to the benefit arrangements or the introduction of new processes

  • Checking actuarial assessments and issuing accounting instructions

  • Assumption of responsibility within the monthly accounting and reporting process


Your skills and experience



  • University degree or equivalent with a focus on finance, actuarial services or IFRS

  • Experience in the field of finance (corporate finance, pensions, accounting, treasury)

  • Results-driven personality and team player with excellent communication skills

  • Flexibility, enabling the job holder to prove himself/herself with constantly changing requirements in challenging surroundings

  • Ability to work together with different cultures

  • Fluent French and English. Further language skills from the SWE region, such as Italian or Spanish, are an advantage
