Within the Finance & Services Organization Switzerland & Italy (CHE/ITA) based in Zurich, we are looking for a target- and customer-oriented, communicative and quality-conscious personality. If you have the passion to drive the planning and reporting process within Switzerland & Italy, then you are the right person. In this position you will report directly to the Head of Controlling CHE/ITA.
Planning & Reporting Manager CHE/ITA
Your tasks:


  • Leads and develops reporting initiatives for CHE/ITA based on European business process model and related standard reports

  • In-depth understanding of data warehouse (SAP BI) data model

  • Consult and support business and controlling in ad-hoc reporting and active management and control of all reporting activities

  • Key user for reporting in CHE/ITA

  • Provides technical support and training to Controllers in the area of reporting

  • Ensures timely and correct reporting of the periodical reporting to local Management and Corporate Controlling

  • Coordination of all financial planning and reporting processes (forecasts, MTP, budget) in CHE/ITA

  • Develops management reporting tools and solutions

  • Contributes to internal projects from the reporting side

  • Member of European process expert team for the area of "book-to-report"

  • Supports process standardization and reporting harmonization

Your profil:


  • Higher Degree in Finance, Business, Administration or Economics

  • Good knowledge of SAP (SAP-FC, CO, FI, BI, BW)

  • 2+ years of professional experience in the field of controlling / reporting

  • Language skills: German and English fluent (verbal and written), French and Italian: an advantage and most welcome

  • Self-starter with the ability to multitask under minimal supervision

  • Strong team player with good communication and coordination skills

  • Ability to interact and communicate with internal clients and to plan own work and prioritise to meet deadlines

  • Proactive and structured thinking with excellent analytical, problem solving and cooperation skills
