An interesting and meaningful position as Senior Data Analyst for the Group Sanctions Screening area within Group Operations in Zurich
Within your new team you collaborate with highly dedicated, experienced and qualified individuals
You have the responsibility for developing and producing reports and data analysis (regular and ad-hoc)
A platform for proactive improvements recommendations and implementation as project leader within the Sanctions Screening area
A role for you with the opportunity to contribute to department wide initiatives and projects as subject matter expert and project stream lead
You handle risks and issues actively, you define and implement sustainable mitigation actions
You will work with different teams e.g. Sanctions Compliance, IT, international locations and further operational teams in a dynamic international environment
Possibility to become an expert in the Sanctions area and to build up a personal network within a sensitive core area of the bank
Be a part of a highly motivated team that operates in a fast-paced environment and is open to flexible working models
You Offer
Graduated degree in business administration, information technology or mathematics, or higher education in banking (bank apprenticeship and completed further studies in banking, information technology or related areas)
Are you an experienced business data analyst with in depth project management experience and proficient IT-understanding or proven track record of close collaboration with IT?
Experience using statistical packages as part of big data analysis
You are strong in planning, analytical, numeric and conceptual skills as well as a structured and result-driven approach
As a standout colleague you appreciate team work and you build up sustainable relationships across the organization
Proactive approach and experience in dealing with global and remote teams
Self-motivated personality, comfortable with driving and managing change, questioning the status quo
Proficient knowledge of English and of German (both written and spoken)
You will bring to the team strong IT skills including Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Experience in Python, R programming would be an advantage
Willingness to cover standby services in the evening
